That process is generally tied to statutory sick pay and is typically issued directly by your own treating doctor into the electronic system used by ČSSZ and reported to your employer. If you need to claim Czechia's statutory sick pay, you would generally need to contact your registered GP (praktický lékař) rather than an online certificate service.
